TuttoBene, Mlini, Croatia

Saturday evening, around 20.00 we visited the pizzaria and fast food place 'TuttoBene' close to our hotel. They seem to also function as a café with a big screen showing football.

We were tired from a busy day and H was in the mood for a burger.

How we rate our food:

H 🍽️ Biggy Cheeseburger (2x150g beef-pork, cheddar cheese, vegetable, bacon, sauce mild/spicy, pommes frites ✔️

H had expectations of a good american burger with two patties, and that's exactly what was served. Cheese and beacon is always a great pair in a classic burger, and it had a bit of cheese and loads of bacon. The bacon could've been a bit more crispy to H's tastes, but H realise he probably i on the crispier side of the bacon spectrum.

Z 🍽️ BBQ pork ribs (400g ribs, BBQ sauce, baked potato) 〰️ The baked potato had turned into fries - we didn't even notice since we were tired and hungry. The fries was ad fries should be, but Z did have to borrow a bit of mayo from H since it was only accompanied by BBQ sauce. The ribs were tender and the BBQsauce was good. The menu could have stated that the dish was accompanied by a lot of raw onions - Z hates! onions especially raw. The staff could nok know and there was no forwarding in the menu about the onion attack. There were also raw tomatoes and cucumbers on the side, which had to move to H's plate along with the onions.

It is a difficult choice whether to put every single detail on the manu. Had it said 'salad' we could have told them about the tomato allegy, but maybe when the dish is accompanied by a baked potato there are no tomatoes or cucumbers. When the customer has food allergies or a severe dislike of something it would be preferable to them with a detailed menu, but most people properly don't care.

Our meal was accompanied by still and sparkeling water respectively.

The service good, the place was nice and clean.
