Restaurant Lapad, Lapad, Croatia

The rain was bad when we got to the restaurant around 19.30 on a Tuesday and we were lucky enough to get a table. because of the heavy rain they had to turn away several of the walk-ins that came after us. The restaurant was recommended to us by one of the Uber drivers we had used. He claimed that the cevapcici at Restaurant Lapad was better then Taj Mahal. So we had to go.

Table orders:
🍽️ Tomahawk steak with potato fries 〰️ The meat was under seasoned and the charring from the grill could have been more pronounced. We were not asked how we wanted our meat, it arrived medium. The potatoes were soft, Z likes them this way, H wants crunchy fries.

🍽️ Cevapcici with potato fries 〰️ The cevapcici was less dens then others we have tried and very delicious. The potatoes were as described above.

The salt shaker on the table had clogged, we had it exchanged with another, but it was also very clogged, less then the first, but it made

Our meal was accompanied by Coca Cola, Sprite as well as still and sparkling water respectfully.

The service was great. 

⭐️⭐️⭐️ the food was plenty, service was great.
- the cevapcici was equal in taste to Taj Mahal in Old Town, but different in texture. Both are great options.
